The women of Nakavika in Namosi have set their goals to achieve better returns from their own business at the end of the year.

The village is located in the highlands of Namosi, far away from Navua Town and setting up small business is the only way to earn money to support themselves.

Club representative, Alena Dolo said with the new sewing machines the over 30 women have managed to sew shirts, dresses, and school uniform and are selling it in the village and surrounding areas.

Dolo said the revenue collected will go toward their club to help fund future projects.
